The offering itself is split between two services: Managed Support and Small Change Hours.

We have found the Managed Service invaluable from a day to day support perspective. We utilize the expertise within 2MCs resource pool for support with day to day administration and light changes to the Archer system.
On-hand Archer resources to assist with any questions and/or issues for a monthly fixed price. Our consultants will assist with day-to-day activities such as account administration, as well as provide any guidance to ensure that you, and your team, can utilise RSA Archer to the fullest extent.
Small Change Hours
Rapid deployment of the changes that are necessary to ensure that your solution remains current, and matches any changes to your processes. These are charged on an hourly basis as they are used and as such you won’t pay anything until they’re consumed.
